Shin Yazawa (矢沢 心, Yazawa Shin, March 16, 1981) is a Japanese actress and talent from Nishitōkyō (formerly Tanashi City), Tokio. Her real name is Shin Kobayashi (小林 心, Kobayashi Shin), being Yazawa her maiden surname. She is affiliated with Japan Music Entertainment (e-concept). Her husband is K-1 kickboxer Masato (魔裟斗, formerly known as Masato Kobayashi, 小林 雅人). She is 160 cm tall and has blood type A.
A struggling lawyer, Kenji Sakuragi, takes a position at private school Tatsuyama Gakuen to pay off his debts. Kenji decides to try to turn this hopeless school into one of the elite institutions in Japan to help rejuvenate his career. His barometer of success will be to get five of his students admitted to the prestigious Tokyo University the following year. But rather than cramming them with lots of general information, his down-to-earth class concentrates on unknown techniques for passing the entrance examination and how to live a good life in these turbulent times. His refreshing outlook and strategy may just be what is needed to turn around the future prospects of himself and his students and teach the rest of us a thing or two as well!
Living in Ikebukuro — an area infamous for juvenile crime, 21-year-old Makoto Majima becomes associated with a youth gang called the G-Boys. A troubleshooter known for his cool headedness and ability to get things done, Makoto diffuses tense situations around Ikebukuro to keep his friends and others out of harm's way. However, the mysterious death of his girlfriend and an escalating gang turf war threaten to be more than Makoto can handle.
